Our Return Policy
We offer exchange or store credit on any unopened item that we sell. We do not offer refunds.
This policy allows us to be very flexible with return dates and receipts. Don't have a receipt? No problem! As long as it's something we sell, we will exchange it. Has it been longer than 30 days? We don't mind! And the cost of replacement items is never passed onto our customers using this system. It's served us well for our entire 27 years in business.

Missing Parts and Defective Items
Sometimes products have missing parts or just weren't built up to the standard we expect. When we can, we will replace those parts for you. However, we have some limitations. We encourage all our customers to contact the customer service of the company who produced the item. Often times they will be able to replace the piece or the whole game faster than we can. They can also guarantee consistent customer care to all of their customers.
Some companies insist that they handle these customer care cases so that they have consistent resolution.
They will not accept returns or sent us missing parts. Therefore, we cannot provide exchanges for defective products. But we will put you into contact with their customer care.
